Aikido

Sensei Dennis Hooker from my Aikido dojo in Orlando came out to Portland and did a seminar at the Beaverton dojo. I haven't practiced in three years and watched Friday night. I couldn't stay off the mat and practiced today. It felt great! Sensei Hooker is a great instructor. Aikido meant a lot to me and it will one day again be a part of my life. Thursday I went and saw Tartuffe at Reed college. It was really funny. Tartuffe was the second play I acted in. I am off to dinner with Sensei!
